Terms of use
The ground rules for using neuralis.uk.
About this site
These terms cover your use of neuralis.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Early stage product
Neuralis is in development. The screens, alerts, readings and figures on this site are illustrative examples of how the product is designed to work. They are not live customer data and are not a promise of specific features, accuracy, availability or timing.
Asking for early access does not create a contract and does not guarantee you a place. We may change or withdraw the product at any time.
Independence
Neuralis is independent. We are not part of, endorsed by or affiliated with Hikvision, the DVLA, the DVSA or Vehicle Data Global. Their names are used only to say which cameras and data sources our product is designed to work with. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Lawful use
Plate and vehicle data is personal data in many situations. Anyone who uses a service like Neuralis is responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and use that data, and for following data protection and other laws that apply to them. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Using the site
- Do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or try to gain access to anything you are not meant to see.
- Do not submit someone else's details to the early access form without their agreement.
- Do not copy the site's text, design or images for your own use without asking us first.
Our content
The Neuralis name, logo, text, design and images are ours or used with permission. You may link to the site freely.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care over what we publish, but we cannot promise it is complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions about them can go through the early access form on our home page; see the privacy policy for how we handle what you send.
